You may not have heard of it - but it is hardly new. In fact, it was the method which enabled Roger Bannister to be the first person to break the 4-minute mile in 1954.

And interval training is not just for professionals - it is equally applicable to you and me.

However, doctors, governments and journalists take a long time to catch up with valuable health data. And as they don't talk or write about it - word just does not get around.
