Interval training is very
important for you to do.

interval training or do not use the PACE method of exercise ( a
type of interval training), it is vital for your health to read
this - and I am not exaggerating!
Is 'interval training' a new
thing?
You may not have heard of it - but it
is hardly new. In fact, it was the method which enabled Roger
Bannister to be the first person to break the 4-minute
mile in 1954.
And interval training is not just
for professionals - it is equally applicable to you and
me.
However, doctors, governments and
journalists take a long time to catch up with valuable health
data. And as they don't talk or write about it - word just does
not get around.
But make no mistake: this is a vital
