OK - it all sounds pretty good: what is the catch? What is the downside of Interval
Training?
The problem is - it's a pretty tough method of exercise. You really have to exert yourself.
For those that do so - the results are fabulous. But it needs real commitment.
the short session are not easy sessions. Interval training is challenging because you are
pushing yourself.
- Yes - it is fantastic.
- Yes - it is the best single exercise approach known for health.
- Yes - you will lose weight and tone up.
- Yes - you will develop lean muscle.
- Yes - you will develop tremendous stamina.
But - you need to be committed to this exercise which really makes you puffed out! So, if
you like your exercise easy - this may not be for you.
"No pain - no gain" is true - well, it should not actually be painful :-) but you will
certainly feel drained from time to time - that is inbuilt into the system.
